About the Founder- Mojisola Olawepo
Mojisola Olawepo is a Women Empowerment Advocate and Founder of WOGEPEEF.
She is currently the Founder/Chief Data Director of EverythingonData a sub-group of Hegemony Data Consult.
First a Teacher, Mojisola Olawepo is an expert Data and Business Intelligence Strategist with over 12-years Cross Industry and Cross- Functional cognate experience , possessing strong leadership hands-on experience in unearthing insights from data across various industries and IT with a strong record of success in creating the foundation and platform for Enterprise Data Management in organizations, AI Strategies for Business acceleration, leveraging her top skills in Business Strategy, Analytics, Machine Learning(R, Python), Business Intelligence, Research and Data Visualization (Microsoft Power BI) with a proven ability to strategically help business manage cost while driving revenues.
She has a strong bias for business process re-engineering, strategic modelling, automation, data, financial modelling, research methodologies, project management, business model development and business process optimization.
Her Passion for Teaching and Giving back her knowledge in the Data and Strategy field is phenomenal.
She is all about training to up skill with current technologies, and using Data to help individuals maintain relevance in the workplace.
Esther Edidi- Director of Programs
Esther Edidi is a Women Empowerment Advocate.
Esther is a Masters Degree holder in Education. She is a passionate Educationist and a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst ready to give back to women by inculcating the right STEM and life skills to help women remain relevant.
She is currently the Lead Trainer and the Customer Success and On-boarding Manager for Everything on Data added to her role as the Director of Programs- WOGEPEEF.
She is an experienced customer experience manager and possess a demonstrated history of working in the Education Management industry with strong bias for non-profits and training to upskill.
Esther is skilled in SQL, customer service, people management and has an extensive experience in managing global platforms.
She is all about helping other women achieve their goals in the areas of STEM, work relevance and business empowerment. With WOGEPEEF she has managed trainings for women around Blockchain, Business Model Canvas, E-Commerce, Data analysis, Business Intelligence, and general knowledge inculcation. She is young, flexible and dynamic with a strong passion to helping women acquire relevant skills for the future of work while maintaining sustenance.
